They are based around 20 adjectives to describe personality (word mats included) and some could be used to review adjectival agreement, the use of être and common intensifiers (très, un peu, assez, trop etc). There are 4 worksheets and 3 puzzles (with additional easier versionsof 4 of these resources). Worksheets 3 and 4 are comprehension worksheets, with Worksheet 4 being more challenging. A hidden word puzzle to review the unit by having students spot mistakes with the character trait adjectives (including adjectival agreement) in very short sentences. They then assemble the letters in the corresponding boxes to find a French word to complete a final sentence. A word search puzzle: there’s an easier one-star version, with the start of the French words given, and a two-star version without that support. There’s a hidden sentence challenge using the remaining letters. A crossword puzzle: The 1-star version of the crossword contains a word bank for support. Use the 2-star version if you would prefer your students not to have this. There’s an extra challenge at the end here too.
